🇷🇺🇺🇦⚡ Russia has deployed the S-400 air defense system near the borders with the Kharkov region, - General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

 The purpose of the transfer of air defense systems is to cover the Russian troops, partially blocking Kharkov.  Transfers of the Tor air defense system were also recorded.

“Parts of the missile system arrived both by air and by sea and were quickly deployed to designated locations,” the publication reports.
