Wow, really? My desk chair only goes down so far - I'm short - so most times my butt's on the edge instead of actually in the seat. Taking up yoga here pretty soon - my son just bought us both mats - he's developing back & hip pain, so I suggested yoga. #AlwaysBeLearning #AlwaysBeStretching #AlwaysBePraying🙏
