KETO Cinnamon Toast - ONLY 1g NET CARB Per Slice!

KETO Cinnamon Toast?!?  What?!?  YES!!!

I was wondering through Whole Foods yesterday and saw this “Carb0naut” 1g per slice, GLUTEN FREE bread in the frozen breads section. Y’all, I had to try it.

So this morning, I threw two slices in the toaster. Then I’m thinking, I haven’t had toast in forever. I don’t even know what to do with it, except slather on the butter. 😂 Then I remembered I purchased this Whole Earth brand Erythritol & Monk Fruit they were sampling at Costco. DING -DING - DING… Cinnamon Toast!

So this bread is amazing. It is the best keto bread I’ve tried yet… the others weren’t worth writing home about. AND it is also gluten free! The ingredient list is short and clean.

I’ve posted about doing wraps with the La Bandarita’s low carb tortillas. I love them but I am sensitive to gluten, so I have to limit myself to how much I can use them… and I know I’m still reacting to it, so there is a part of me that feels guilty every time too. This bread does not have any of those issues. I see some keto sandwiches in my near future. 😁

NOTE: The Erythritol & Monk Fruit is VERY sweet. It says it can be used as a 1 : 1 ratio. Playing around with it so far, I would have to disagree. At least to me, it is much sweeter. I put a bunch of cinnamon in the mix trying to cut the sweetness and have it not overpower the cinnamon flavor. So keep that in mind. You might need a lot less of the sweetener and a lot more of the cinnamon than you are used to.
