American Military Dependence on Russian Fossil Fuels in Europe

Estimated by taking each U.S. base's energy consumption prior to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, multipling it by the of of host country's share of fossil fuels imported from Russia, and adjusting for the average share of energy that DoD bases get from different kinds of fossil fuels. Russian fossil fuels used to produce electricity are also included.
