more than a , a Birch Benders Keto (and gluten free) Toaster Waffle topped with Cream Cheese lightly sweetened with Monk Fruit and Fresh Blueberries.


Pre-workout Snack: I typically work out first thing in the morning in a fasted state, after drinking 30oz of water mixed with electrolytes and amino acids. This morning my workout was delayed and I needed a little something before hitting the gym. This did the trick.
