The U.S. government injected massive amounts of cash into the U.S. Economy during COVID, this has lead to run-away inflation, now the Biden Administrations wants to draw a massive amount of money from the U.S. Economy and not give it to Americans, but send it out of the country. Some experts say this may have the same effect on inflation as "The American Rescue Plan" that provided $350 billion in emergency funding for eligible state, local, territorial, and Tribal governments in response to the COVID-19 emergency and to bring back jobs, in the end it brought back the highest gas and inflation figures in American history.
Removing $40 billion from the U.S. Economy now when we are on the verge of the worst recession since 1929, may push us over the cliff and trigger a meltdown like we have not seen in our lifetime. The war in the Ukraine will not be won by the U.S. we should not be asking Ukrainian men to fight Russia for us and we should not be adding fuel to the fire and prodding a nuclear power.
The Biden's Administration objective of using the Ukraine to weaken Russia is not only morally reprehensible, it is having the opposite effect of weakening the U.S.A.
