A pilot, Joshua Hawley was killed in a helicopter crash on the Bonnet Carre Spillway Bridge

A pilot was killed in a helicopter crash on the Bonnet Carre Spillway Bridge on Tuesday afternoon and footage of the aftermath has begun circulating online.

The pilot was identified as Joshua Hawley by St. Charles Parish Coroner and the crash occurred at around 12:30 p.m. on the I-10 on December 14.
