NYC Judge Analisa Torres’s Dismisses Case against Steve Bannon

A fraud case against Stephen K. Bannon has been dismissed by a federal judge in New York, citing presidential pardon.

Steve Bannon’s defense attorney said in court filings Thursday night that he was blindsided by federal prosecutors’ opposition last month to dismissing an indictment against the former White House strategist, despite a pardon from former President Donald Trump in the final hours of his presidency.

The Judge noted a presidential pardon implies guilt, alt-left media are running with this.

“The Court concludes...that the Pardon is valid, and that dismissal of the Indictment is the proper course,” Torres wrote.
