Xavier Becerra Vaccines are Killing People of Color at about 2x the rate of White Americans. Xavier likely meant to say that COVID is killing people of color at about 2x the rate of White Americans, when it comes to COVID the White House and the CDC are all over the place so we will never know what is true and what is not.
