They could at least send out to citizens & businesses, then work on the rest of it later. Too many people in need & far too many businesses having to close for good because of the #plandemic.

  The plan is to shut us all down and make us dependent on Government, they do not think we know what is right for us.
  The ELIETS have a plan to force a global reset.
