Cuomo: Locks Down NYC's Orthodox Jews Based On Fear, Not Science

Cuomo tells Rabbi Yaakov Bender that the government initiatives are not based on science, but simply out of fear.  At the end of the clip Howard Zucker, Commissioner of Health for New York State agrees with the governor.

Biden has hinted at picking Governor Cuomo for Attorney General. (So much for based on science)
