CARES ACT - Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act - January 2019

If like me you wondered and marveled at the speed at which government rallied and came together to pass the CARES act, you are going to be sorely disappointed as you read on. You might be surprised that the SWAMP is truly bipartisan and has been working at it's own agenda for longer than you may suspect.

CARES - Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security - ACT

On January 20, 2019, Democratic Representative Joe Courtney of Connecticut introduced the H.R.748 - CARES Act.  Yes you read that right - JANUARY 2019.

I have a lot of questions, specifically:  Who planned this and who got all these Representatives to play ball?
