AOC - It's Vital that Governors maintain restrictions on businesses until after the November Elections because economic recovery will help Trump be re-elected. A few business closures or job losses is a small price to pay to be free from his presidency.

We have searched the archives and do not find any evidence that the New York representative did advocate that governors keep businesses shut down to blunt Trump's reelection chances. It does not appear in her Twitter timeline and it has not been recorded by databases that capture and preserve deleted tweets. Look's like it was a hoax and The Facebook post sharing the image was flagged as part of Facebook’s efforts to combat false news and misinformation on its News Feed.
