50 States Certify Election Results as 22 States Sue Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

All 50 States and Washington DC have now certified their presidential election results. Joe Biden's national popular vote lead over Donald Trump is more than 7 million votes!  51.3% to 46.8%. Biden has 306 Electoral Votes; Trump has 232.

Electors will meet in each state on Monday to cast their votes, possibly advancing Joseph R. Biden Jr. one step closer to the White House.

While the main stream media have fell over themselves calling Biden President-Elect the results reported right after the presidential election have been indicative of the final result, they are by no means no official.

COVID-19 lead to four states making various changes to their voting rules or procedures - either through the courts or via executive actions and it is claimed by 22 states that these changes violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they did not go through the legislatures.

Texas filed the suit, claiming that pandemic-era changes to election procedures in those states violated federal law, and has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to block the states from voting in the Electoral College.

These states shown in red have all joined the Texas suit:
