Quietness and peace is of God (Job 34:29). When we consider the heavens, the work of His fingers, the moon and the stars, which He has set in place, what are we that He is mindful of us? (Ps 8:3-4) He makes peace, put here for all good. He is the Author of all that is truly holy, and good. God is true, and constant, and will adhere to His promises. He will not deceive. He will not promise and then fail to perform; He will not commence anything which He will not perfect and finish (2 Peter 3:8-10).
