Arielle Jean Jackson, 32, (pictured) was arrested Saturday afternoon and charged with aggravated assault after she allegedly struck a Southwest flight attendant in the head with her closed fist. Police say she has boarded the New York City bound flight and engaged in a dispute with a flight attendant at the back of the plane, was ordered off the plane and, as she was exiting, entered into a verbal altercation with another employee who she hit in the head.
