 “All these years, the OSCE was suspected by Russia of assisting the Ukraine. Russia suspected that their cameras, abundantly scattered along the line of contact, ostensibly to monitor compliance with the ceasefire, were actually transmitting information to the Ukraine about Russian actions.  Here is an indisputable proof of the engagement of the OSCE - a satellite phone found during the inspection of #Azovstal.
