I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God....
We cannot serve two masters and be of good service to others (Mat 6:24-26). Being united to Christ Jesus as one spirit, we must free ourselves from the bondage of sin and serve the LORD (Rom 8:2). This is one thing I've never learned to do. Was even the subject of a podcast because I questioned, "how can I love my neighbor when I can't even love myself?" I pray about it all the time, & at one point I started seeing various types of doctors because I told my kids I'd start taking better care of myself. Didn't last long though...😂
