The Lord shall preserve you from all evil: He shall preserve your soul....

God will keep those who trusted in Him from all evil: He is our Protector in all the perils of life. We must not do as Lot's wife, turning our focus on the past we leave behind. Instead we must focus on what God has promised for our future (Gen 19:26/Jer 29:11).
