Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life....

The delay of what is anxiously hoped for can be painful, and to lose it even more. But the light of the righteous is as that of the sun, which may be eclipsed and clouded, but will continue to shine. We must never yield to our spiritual enemies if we expect to eat from the tree of life.
