For the eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their prayers.... 

As God is a hearer of prayer, we are at liberty to go to Him at all times. He sees all we suffer, and in due time will help us. Whether in trouble or in danger, He will deliver. He hears the desires of the humble and strengthens their hearts (Ps 10:17).
