You can not get the fully approved Comirnaty vaccine in America at present, they are still serving only EUA products. 

It's little wonder that so many do not trust the vaccines and this does not take into account all the "Breakthrough" cases, if the vaccines worked as per the definition of a vaccine there would not be breakthrough cases as vaccinations provide "active acquired immunity" 

When will these people be held accountable for the lies?
