WINEMAKER`S DESCRIPTION
A rich full-bodied wine with flavors of intense black cherry and plum, with a hint of dried herbs, Reflecting the terroir of our vineyards and with ripe well integrated soft tannins. Aged for twelve months in a mixture of first and second fill French Oak barrels.
MATURATION POTENTIAL
Can be enjoyed now but will mature for a further five to ten years when appropriately stored. Drink now through 2029.
SUGGESTED FOOD
Serve with lean cuts of beef, pork and chicken and light pasta dishes.
We recommend that all red wines be decanted a few hours before serving.
