Southern Connecticut Trump Car Rally/Caravan
Sunday 11/1/2020 12.30 pm to 4/5 pm
Join us in creating a sign that can’t be torn down.

This is a Covid safe event. Please bring a mask and practice social distancing. 

Plan to decorate your vehicles with flags and signs.
We have a stock of different size flags and poles, and signs, along with little American flags with window holders to share.

All relevant local and state police forces have been informed.
The police will not escort us like a funeral but this is a police approved event.

12:30 pm - Meet at the Commuter Lot on Black Rock Turnpike next to the Merritt Parkway.
It is the Exit 44 Park and Ride lot and its address is 3698 Ct-58, Fairfield Ct 06825.
Across the street is a second lot with additional space.

1:00pm - Drive through Fairfield, Westport, Weston, Wilton, Easton and Redding. 

5:00pm - Rally ends at the Commuter Lot on Black Rock Turnpike.
Cocktails at Barcelona Restaurant in the Hotel Hi Ho, 4180 Black Rock Turnpike Fairfield Ct Barcelona is walking distance from the Lot.
They say they can handle up to 120 people.

12.30pm Meet at the Exit 44 Park and Ride lot down from the Hi Ho Hotel at Black Rock Turnpike/Merritt Parkway
Address of Park and Ride Commuter lot is 3698 CT-58, Fairfield Ct 06825

1pm Start of Motorcade
Take a left out of lot onto CT-58 South/Go 2.3 miles
Take a slight right at the light onto Black Rock Turnpike/Go 1 mile
at the stop sign near I 95 underpasses take a right onto Stephens Lane/Go 400 feet
Make a slight left onto the I-95 ramp/go ¾’s of a mile.
Take exit 23 for US-1 (Post Road)/Kings Highway/Go 1/10 of a mile
Merge onto US-1 south (Post road South)/Go 11 miles on the Post Road (Fairfield, Westport into Norwalk).
Go Past Stew Leonard’s Famous Farm Store on the left in Norwalk.
At traffic light make right on Main St/Route 123 (Global Gas Station on left-Main St. Muffler on right)
Go a few miles.
Stay straight on Main St, Route 123 veers left at traffic light by dunkin donuts-GO STRAIGHT on Main
Go a few miles through Norwalk. Main St. becomes Main Av.
Make a right onto Merritt Parkway Ct#15 North towards New Haven
Go a few miles on Merritt Parkway
Exit #42 Westport/Easton Rd. Route 136
At the exit ramp take 1st left onto Weston Rd.
Take next left onto route 136 (Westport/Easton Rd)
Main Street is route 136 (Westport rd)/cross under route 15, the Merritt parkway.
Drive 10 or so miles on Route 136 through Westport into Easton.
Come flashing light intersection of Center Road and Route 136 in Easton (2 churchs, country store)
Turn right on Center road.
Go a mile or so past Easton Town Hall, Easton Library on right, Senior Park on the left.
Turn left onto Adams Road (Just past Senior Park and the Masonic Lodge on left)
Go a couple of miles on Adams Rd., the first major road is Sport Hill Rd. (route 59)
Turn right on Sport Hill Rd. (Route 59)
Go straight, stay on 136 (Westport rd)/Go a few miles on 136
Silverman’s Farm on left and right sides of s a major fall tourist attraction.
Past Silverman’s Farm on Route 59 (major tourist attraction)
Go a few miles through Easton, at traffic light by Merritt Parkway cross into Fairfield..
Turn right onto Congress Street at the light (Intersection Congress Street and Route 59/Sport Hill Rd.)
Go 1.6 miles on Congress Street
Pass the Merritt Parkway off ramp and the Hotel Hi ho
At the light use left lane to turn left onto CT-58 South (black rock turnpike)/Go 400 feet
Turn left into the Exit 44 Park and Ride Commuter Lot/ 3698 CT-58, Fairfield Ct 06825

4/5pm Motorcade ends
Cash bar-Drinks at Barcelona Restaurant in the Hotel hi Ho, walking distance from the commuter lot.

Please be safe and wear a mask and social distance.
If the Motorcade gets divided by a traffic light than the leading element should try to pull over if there is a safe shoulder and let the other elements catch up.
