Yup Hans that is what I was thinking. Florida Texas and other states should put up billboards. Thugs like the rest of us like states with a friendly environment for their business. Chicago gets more Dem voters and TX and FL get lower crime. Win, win.
This is great. I can do all of these crimes and not be detained? What a great place for a criminal to live. :-)
