Tibetan People

Tibetan people are an ethnic group native to the Tibetan Plateau in Central Asia, primarily living in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China, as well as in parts of India (Ladakh and Sikkim), Nepal, and Bhutan. Tibetan people have a distinct culture, language, religion, and way of life shaped by their high-altitude environment and centuries of Buddhist influence.
