On April 11, 2017 NASA TV aired a special on Orion capsule. In this special which was 7 minutes long the NASA Engineer said this:
In talking about the Van Allen Belts, an intense, dynamic area of radiation which completely surrounds the earth...
"We will have to solve these challenges before we can send people through this region of space" ~ Kelly Smith - Orion Project.
