• NYC's infection rate has been less than 1 percent for more than a month but restaurants are still closed
• Every other major city, aside from some in America - specifically California - have allowed indoor dining
• In London, Paris, Berlin, and even in China, indoor dining has not caused an increase in COVID-19 deaths

• In NYC, restaurateurs are suing Cuomo and de Blasio for not allowing them to reopen again
