What part of "shall not be infringed" is the government still not understanding? It's obvious that they know that their infringements are bad, because they always exempt themselves from their infringements that they except everyone else to accept. If the Illinois government doesn't like "assault weapons," it can set the example by surrendering all of its "assault weapons."
