But Mule-er didn't exonerate.  Maybe that's not the job of a prosecutor but why even bother to leave the question open?  And make it possible for Congress to harass and blame Barr or Rosenstein.  Rosenstein's out so what does he care anyway?  Oh, maybe he'll be next in line for prosecution?
