It really is awful in NorCal. Where I'm at, southern San Joaquin Valley, we're fine, even though we've had almost no rain the past 2-3 years. I'm reminded of the times CA has pulled rationing of water - not a good thing, & they're doing nothing, as you say, to help the situation. #RecallNewsom #TeamElder
