I remember looking into this awhile back when it appeared on Facebook. 

The original “Rockefeller document” outlined a number of scenarios that could be addressed in a number of different ways. None specifically related to COVID, my take-a-way was that this was a bad attempt to mislead. 

In the “Rockefeller document” one of the scenarios outlined included a global pandemic taken advantage of by authoritarian governments, but it did not include American "corporations" becoming authoritarian on behalf of the USA government to side-step the checks and balances provided in the constitution as we happening see today.
