It's time to look into charges against the people doing this? It has to stop. Surely these woman are endangering children, practicing neglect, possibly murder and abusing the medical system? There are so many law's in America that they can charge anyone with a crime at anytime. Maybe this is the only way to get them to take care of themselves and their unborn children.
