One man is dead after jumping off of the 14th floor of Sunrise Beach Resort with a parachute
PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WMBB) — Panama City Beach Police have confirmed one man is dead after jumping from the 14th floor of Sunrise Beach Resort with a parachute on Front Beach Road.
Authorities say the man was BASE jumping and also say the parachute did not open in time.
