I gave up on Flu vaccines about 12 years ago. Have not had a COVID vaccine either. I touch every surface, care for my friends in person when they are sick. In this time the longest lasting “cold/flu/covid” i have had, lasted 2 days, usually it’s gone in less than 24 hours.
