Hello Zel Mitzel (The Zealot) thank you for pointing this out, we have investigated this and notice that when a URL is pasted into the message body with a # our system interprets the #feed as a hashtag. 

A bug report has been created and this has been assigned to the development team to resolve. Thank you for brining this to our attention. 

As a work around please use the "Insert Link" button, links pasted into a post this way format correctly.
